Day 1: Managed to see our first ever tiger in life. It was surreal. We had luckily stopped to let a bus go by and waited for dust to settle. And suddenly he appeared on our left side, crossed the road and then drank at a pool then bathed in the lake...we spent a good 15 min taking pics on SLR with 300mm lens. An amazing private show.

Day 2: Saw 2 tigers today, a male and female pair who were courting each other albeit unsuccessful. We got to see both of them separately in the same vicinity. The male kept calling out to her but she played hard to get. The female crossed just 20 ft from our jeep so that was amazing. There were over 10 cars so she looked confused. An even better experience than the first safari yesterday. We've been extremely lucky to see a tiger each drive. One more drive to go so hoping for a hat trick.

Day 3: We made a hat trick as we saw a tiger on each of the 3 drives. Today's tiger was sleeping when we got there and we decided a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush so we hunkered down and decided to wait for it to wake up. Alas it did not but we watched it till the end and got to see him roll in his sleep a couple of times. Was quite cute...
